Regarding Clapperboards and my DV dilemma!

This is a follow up to to my previus listing of the same name... Regarding clapperboards, I managed to get mine through blanx in London -( details below) and regarding my DV dilemma (A single dropped pixel) the repair has cost ?537- (TO MY XM1 - Repaired at Canon UK) and involved the replacement of a 3P prism -whatever that is. Extortianate I think you'll agree... the moral folks? Get insurance it'll be worth it. Thanks to everyone that helped with the initial posting... Incidentally beware of Canon UK's repair centre they are VERY VERY VERY VERY difficult to communicate with - impossible by phone. here's the blanx info and thanks again. www.fightdirector.com
